The Challenge: The existing account overview page was an unstructured collection of boxes, making it difficult for users to quickly complete primary tasks such as viewing contracts or bills. Simultaneously, it lacked a dedicated space to make customers aware of relevant new products (e.g., EV wallboxes, solar panels). The page was failing to meet both the users' need for efficiency and the company's business goals for cross-selling.

Hypothesis was that a clear separation and thematic grouping of content—into one area for product discovery and another for account management—would decisively improve user guidance. The objective was to create an intuitive information architecture that would not overwhelm the user.


This project successfully demonstrated how a well-thought-out redesign of the information architecture can strike a balance between a company's sales objectives and the service needs of its existing customers.
